Alberto Núñez Feijóoleader of the PP and the opposition, has asked for «more means, more support and more authority for those who defend the State and the law» after the death of two agents of the Civil Guard when two Maritime Service vessels collided while pursuing a drug boat on the coast from Huelva.

The ‘popular’, in a message spread through X, has reiterated his «commitment» to provide more resources to Civil Guard agents.

Feijóo, in that sense, has regretted the loss «from another agent in the act of duty» and that two other civil guards have been injured. «Our love goes out to his family, to all his colleagues and to the entire Civil Guard body,» he expressed.

Juanma Moreno, president of the Board, has shown himself along the same lines. from Andalusia and PP candidate for the elections, who has asked for more means to combat «the problem that drug trafficking has become.»

It was in a message on his X account, where he conveyed his condolences to the families and wished the «soon recovery» of the two injured.

«We are very sad, all the love for the family and the shared wish of Andalusia for his colleagues to recover soon,» he indicated.

Furthermore, Moreno has suspended its entire scheduled agenda for Friday afternoon after the death of the two civil guards.

Isabel Diaz Ayusopresident of the Community of Madridhas also sent his condolences to the families and colleagues of the deceased civil guards.

«We have a perpetual debt to those who risk their lives in the line of duty for everyone else,» he stated on social networks.

In the same way he has done José Luis Martínez-Almeidamayor of the capital, who has conveyed his «condolences and support to the family, friends and colleagues of the deceased Civil Guard agents in the operation against drug gangs in Huelva»: «My recognition and gratitude to the who risk their lives every day to protect. Vox talks about «bastard interests»

Vox, through Santiago Abascal, has reproached the «negligence, abandonment or bastard interests» after the death of the two agents of the Civil Guard. The far-right leader has linked everything to the immigration «invasion.»

In his words in X he has focused on «all those politicians who lead heroes to death»: «To the drug trafficker, lead.»

Manuel Gavira, candidate of the far-right Vox for the Junta of Andalusia, has pointed out to Pedro Sánchez for the «abandonment» and lack of protection of the Armed Institute against this type of altercations.

This is what he has stated in X, where he states that Sánchez «abandons those who risk their lives to defend the coasts»: free way to the mafias who act with unbearable impunity».

Maíllo «deeply» regrets what happened

Antonio Maíllo, federal coordinator of United Left and candidate of Por Andalucía for the presidency of the Board, has conveyed his condolences for the death of the agents in an act of service.

«We deeply regret the death of the civil guards in the act of pursuing this criminal scourge of drug trafficking. We wish for speedy recovery to his two companions and that we do not have to mourn any more losses,» he indicated.
